Cork & London 3rd May 2016: Award-winning independent service assurance consultancy Eirteic and Monolith, the provider of next-generation, unified service assurance solutions, will be showcasing Monolith’s AssureNow™, platform at stand 219 at TM Forum Live! 2016. The companies collaborate to enable telco and enterprise organisations to unify and automate the management of their entire IT infrastructure and diagnose problems faster, protecting their major revenue streams.
Customers of Eirteic and Monolith include MBNL, Three, Tele2, Manx Telecom and Equinix. The companies have also helped Ireland’s largest telco provider, eir, to achieve 64% OPEX annual savings by consolidating more than 70 diverse service management software tools across its fixed-line, mobile and IT network businesses into AssureNow as a single, unified platform. Eirteic also deployed Galileo Vision, a customer experience visualisation platform, as part of the project. Galileo will be showcased as part of TM Forum’s Catalyst programme under the heading Customer Centric Service Assurance during the show and at the Catalyst stand.
Eirteic recently beat AT&T, Vodafone, Epsilon and NetCracker to win the Best Network Operation Initiative at the World Communications Awards for the AssureNow implementation at eir with Monolith.
