Eirteic is certified by IBM to deliver training courses in all Netcool applications and is further certified to deliver the Netcool Certification Consutlant (NCC) examination for relevant products. In addition to creating course materials for IBM's new product releases, Eirteic maintains ongoing communications with IBM Training and Education departments to ensure customers' training needs are met.
