Throughout the development process Eirteic's skilled engineers rigorously test products through automatic and human means within our lab and development environments. These environments also allow us to duplicate any issues that may arise after the product ships. Extensive documentation is provided with every developed product we ship or deliver to our clients.

Eirteic's globally recognized processes include:

Marketing Requirements Documentation - Eirteic engages with the customer to understand the business requirements related to the product in need. This includes the business challenge that is being solved and how the product will ultimately be used operationally. This document ensures that the finished product is easy to use, maintain and administer.

Functional Requirements Documentation - the Functional Documents outlines how the product will be built and the functionality that it will contain. Alpha Phase - the Alpha Phase of the project allows the customer to interact with a first run of the product in a controlled environment so that they may provide feedback which ultimately may change the way the product works, looks or feels.

Beta Phase - the Beta Phase allows the customer to use a set of code within their development environment and to see how it will function related to its particular configuration. This allows Eirteic to then modify the code slightly as needed.

General Availability (GA) Phase - the GA product is ready for production, and Eirteic is ready to maintain the product moving forward through world class maintenance and support. As part of this support, Eirteic will make modifications and code changes necessary based on product upgrades.
