Iptivia delivers a comprehensive solution suite for service providers seeking to offer High-Fidelity Service Assurance.

RouteDynamics - Iptivia's core product, RouteDynamics uses detailed knowledge and visibility into the routing layer to provide a high-fidelity view of the network. It enables network managers and engineers to obtain a network picture that is within 100msecs of real-time. Using this high-fidelity network view, RouteDynamics delivers a variety of reporting, analytic and remediation functions that deal with transient micro-failures, which impact new services, such as video and voice, but are invisible to existing management products.

VideoDynamics - VideoDynamics deals with video services provided over the IP network. It uses the core data collected by RouteDynamics, but enhances this data with service specific high-fidelity information related to loading, performance, subscription, etc.

ReportDynamics - ReportDynamics provides a suite of analytic, reporting and remediation capabilities that are related to the network and services deployed. A key aspect of ReportDynamics is its model-based analysis, which uses pre-defined models and templates of particular issues to identify the root cause and suggest remediation. Sophisticated analysis, reporting and remediation functions that use this basic approach are also provided.
