In addition to reselling and implementing the Rackwise product set Eirteic have committed to delivering 1st line support for all Rackwise products immediately and achieving certification for 2nd line support by Q3 2010. Eirteic Support and Maintenance Center (SMC) staff in Europe, Africa and Australia have been trained and certified on the products and have developed an excellent working relationship with the Rackwise 3rd level support staff.
