The Next Generation Systems Integrator takes a typical "Health Check" further by taking the issues and recommendations outlined in a Health Check and documenting them into a comprehensive Run Book — a written set of procedures for the routine and emergency operation of the system or network by an administrator or operator. More importantly, these processes are evaluated on a continual basis to fit the business needs as they change. |
