Eirteic is a specialist provider of Service Assurance solutions that enable our customers to monitor the quality of critical services across their network. Our customers are Communications Service Providers and others with large scale networks. Their networks, and the services running upon them, are the core of their business. Downtime is not an option, peak performance is an imperative and additional network capability creates new oppportunities. As a starting point our customer solutions combine Fault, Performance, Topology and SLA Management within a single dashboard; using innovative software and open standards to integrate seamlessly with existing hardware, all network types (fixed line, mobile and virtual) and emerging technologies. Our customers are empowered with new capabilities, and also acheive considerable cost savings by retiring legacy Service Assurance platforms. But Service Assurance from Eirteic doesn't end with Fault, Performance, Topology and SLA Management. Our customers want to manage their networks to peak performance, drive new markets and capitalise upon new technologies. Doing this requires new approaches including a closer integration of business functions and network management (sometimes referred to as BSS and OSS). And so we have developed tight integration between our core Service Assurance platform and other functionality designed to enhance the business impact of the network.
