The Next Generation Systems Integrator takes a typical "Health Check" further by taking the issues and recommendations outlined in a Health Check and documenting them into a comprehensive Run Book — a written set of procedures for the routine and emergency operation of the system or network by an administrator or operator. More importantly, these processes are evaluated on a continual basis to fit the business needs as they change. | |
Eirteic delivers the tools required to meet all levels of IT management spanning Resource Management, Service Management and Customer Management. This may include integration software not currently available that enables companies to automate processes defined in their Run Books. | |
